Information about the POLGENOM database
Polish Reference Genome Database is the result of the efforts of the POLGENOM consortium, comprising Genomed SA - the consortium leader, the International Institute of Cell and Molecular Biology, the Institute of Experimental and Clinical Medicine of the Polish Academy of Sciences and the 24godziny Sp. z o.o. company.
It was created as a result of the project: “Polish reference genome for genomic diagnostics and personalised medicine,” co-funded by the National Center for Research and Development in frame of the INNOTECH project, the IN-TECH program pathway.
POLGENOM database users are required to cite the Polish Reference Genome Database as a data source and to cite the following works in their scientific publications:
